Having been in business since 1971, Hudson’s Hickory House is practically an institution and adored by many of the locals in the community who were born and raised on Hudson’s. Our objective was to create a website that really makes one feel like they know what it is like to eat at Hudson’s, which has a definite vibe. We wanted to capture the experience so we brought in our house photographer to take pictures on a normal Friday night, and what we ended up with was a total story of eating there. That is when we decided we absolutely needed to include a photo gallery in the website. By mixing together all types of shots from the restaurant, highlighting their very specific pit BBQ menu and background about the family, we were able to create a website that the client loved. Anyone who’s eaten at Hudson’s and seen the website has said we nailed it perfectly! Very proud of this website.
