Daneda Lipsey – Coldwell Banker

Compass Marketing originally designed Daneda Lipsey’s website about 5 years earlier. Our client was looking to update her professional picture within her design. We informed her that it might be time to update her website design for many reasons. First, the template we had used years ago did not work well with the larger monitor sizes, or with the picture she chose. Additionally, her client base had shifted somewhat since the original design and she was selling more upscale homes. We wanted to reflect that in her design.

We were commissioned to redesign her web site and updated the creativity of the site and brand it more as local business, although she is a broker under Coldwell Banker. One of the ways we did that was to use lots of family pictures as satisifed customers and also used a local google map as the background which clearly shows the more prestigious local area where she sells and helps people buy homes.
